All items purchased must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving merchandise. An email is sent to you as confirmation of delivery.
Please retain the original shipping bag as it can be reuse for your return.
Items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Clearance sale items are final sale. Items that are not in our clearance sale section and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned.

Once your item/order has been processed and shipped, we can not cancel or reroute the orders.
All giveaway items are not eligible for refund or exchange. We do not guarantee quality of these items.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and will honor the return. We do not cover exchange shipping costs from the customer to Beso Boutique Shop.
Once item is received and process for return, it may take up to 1-2 business days to process your exchange and refund to show up in your account. This process can be expedited if goods are returned per above conditions to our store.
